This project involved transforming a 1990s-built home into an organic modern dream, seamlessly blending the chic sophistication of a New York penthouse loft with the comfort and livability of a high-end hotel. As the clients were transitioning to spend more time in the Pacific Northwest, they weren’t always on-site, making a secure and trusting relationship between client and designer essential.
The client had a clear vision: a design-forward, fashion-inspired space filled with rich textures, natural wood elements, and water-colored artwork. The end result is swanky, chic, and sophisticated, with an organic modern flair. The space feels both luxurious and inviting, embodying a perfect balance between style and comfort.
A standout feature of the project is the dining room, where the drapes make a dramatic statement at a stunning 44 feet in length. This, along with the curated mix of materials and art, contributes to a space that is as visually striking as it is welcoming. The completed design truly reflects the client’s taste and vision, creating a home that’s both a retreat and a statement piece. .
