The home is going to feature a Romanesque courtyard in a modern Spanish design.

All elements face the ocean. It’s not typical to be in a high dessert climate where you can still hear the crashing of ocean waves in the distance.

The traditional hacienda features contemporary elements. We kept the materials understated to accentuate the architectural features…

Warm, calm creams and light taupes are mixed with travertine and black iron elements.

Beauty is in the detail… We’ll be using brushed nickel hardware throughout the home. The curvature of each piece harckens back to a traditional hacienda feel, while a brushed nickel finish maintains a contemporary status.

A blend of Pacific Northwest sophistication and local artisan craft creates a beautiful and unique juxtaposition that can’t be found elsewhere.
